124 new volunteers were onboarded this year! At WMH, serving is about more than filling empty roles. Volunteers are core to the mission, and WMH takes seriously the opportunity to disciple and deploy the local church in their giftings. This year trainings were hosted on evangelism, world religions, healthcare disparities, emergency situations, and other cultures. The Skillman Clinic piloted a discipleship structure which connects every volunteer to a leader.
