Our clinics are intentionally located in low socio-economic communities, not only providing access to healthcare, but also serving as a resource- hub to educate patients on how they can access crucial care for a variety of needs.
For specific patient populations, adding a give-away or small gift during their visit can help meet an immediate tangible need and communicate love and support. Putting these gifts together can be a special service opportunity for families, community groups, or bible studies! Utilize the wish list links below and either send the items to your own home to put together a gift basket, or ship them directly to the clinic.

PROVIDE MEDICAL AND DENTAL SUPPLIES
We often recommend over the counter medical supplies to our patients that will aid them in their recovery or healthcare needs. Sometimes affording those is beyond our patient's ability. By contributing these supplies you are a part of our patient's healing journey!

During intake we survey patients about their access to reliable food resources. Some do not know where their meal for the evening will come from. By sourcing a food box you'll help provide for an immediate tangible need to our patients as we connect them to on-going resources.
