What happens when the local church meets the city's needs?

We're here to find out.

In the fall of 2013, Watermark Urgent Care (formerly known as QuestCare Clinic) opened it's doors to serve the uninsured and underinsured- both with their physical acute care needs and their spiritual needs. If we were honest with you, we'd tell you our first clinic was a bit of an experiment. Would it work? Would any patients come? Was it possible to run a clinic on volunteers?

Within 2 short years it was clear the answer to all of our questions was a resounding YES. As our volunteer base boomed, our patient volumes multiplied. The uninsured were getting much needed access to healthcare, the unchurched were interacting with the Body of Christ, and the church was being strengthened. Our experiment seemed to be a success. But what was next?

As we have seen the ministry grow and multiply, we have recently opened our second clinic and foresee the opportunity for even more as the Lord continues to open up our next steps.

WatermarkHealth is the board-governed 501c3 that oversees these efforts. We count it a privilege to do the work we do and we would love for you to be a part of the adventure with us!
